Free Rangers 3: Laura Edith Guy

In the midst of a long overdue autumn cleaning of my desk I came across Laura Edith Guy’s card and was immediately taken back to seeing her strange combination of book art and photography at Free Range. I’m always interested in objects that are built to be tactile and this was definitely no exception. Her series A Study in Grey was definitely one of the things on show at Free Range that stayed with me for a long time afterwards. Unforuntately it’s impossible to get an idea of exactly how the piece works just by looking at her website, but I suggest you do so nonetheless.
